RE:  Instructions to Attend Our One-Hour

Web Seminar on Life Settlements

March 15, 2006 - 12:00 noon ET

We appreciate your interest in attending our Web seminar.   The purpose of this communication is to guide you through a checklist of items that you will find helpful in preparing for your seminar attendance.  This information is an excellent resource if this is your first experience with a Web seminar.

Process

In the near future, you will receive a series of automated email communications from "Advanced Settlements@WebEx.com"

These email communications will be in plain text and will not include any HTML graphics.

It will be necessary to formally "register" by following the
instructions given in the next automated email you will receive.

Set-Up

You must have access to a computer and a telephone in order to participate, as you will be using both.

Attending a webex(TM) seminar may require a software interface that must be downloaded in advance.  Please be sure to follow the download instructions given in the email communications that you receive in the near future.

1.       Important Information

This Web seminar has a limited number of seats so you will want to join the event on March 15 as early as possible.   In order to secure your seat in the Web seminar, you will be able to join the event as early as 45 minutes prior to start time.  It is possible that the cap may be reached prior to your joining the event.   Should this occur, your screen will say “locked”.

1.   If the event is already locked when you try to join, then you will receive a follow-up email with further instructions allowing you to access the recorded Web seminar.

If you have any questions about the registration process for
this event, please contact Ashley Wanless, Marketing

Coordinator, at Advanced Settlements, Inc. at 1-800-561-4148.
